My rolls are not showing for the table

First check that everyone has the same chronicle open. The tray only shares rolls inside one chronicle. If you're all in the right place go through the causes below in order. They're the same in every edition.

The roll was hidden

This is the most common one for storytellers. Look at the button you roll with. If it reads Hidden roll the eye next to it is on. Its label then reads "Only you see the result" and every roll says "Hidden: only you can see this roll". Press the eye to turn it off. It also goes off by itself when you open another chronicle or reload the page. Rolls for an NPC start hidden each time you open the chronicle, so press the eye before you roll if the table should see it.

For a player the button reads Roll privately while the eye is on. That roll goes to the storytellers alone. The eye goes back off after one roll so the next one is public again.

Commands follow the eye too. A /r 7 typed with the eye on is hidden the same way.

When a storyteller sends a hidden roll request they roll for each character themselves. Players see nothing until it's revealed.

You rolled from a sheet outside the chronicle

A character sheet opened on its own has its own dice roller and its rolls stay in your browser. Nobody else sees them. Open the sheet from inside the chronicle and press the trait names there. The pool goes into the chronicle's tray and nothing is rolled yet. Press Roll in the tray to send it to the table. See Roll dice from the sheet.

The Roll button does nothing

In V6 the button stays greyed out while the Final pool is 0. The pool has no dice left to roll. Add dice to the pool or lower the difficulty.

The roll didn't get through

If you see "The roll did not reach the table. Nothing was posted; try again." the roll never left. Check your connection and roll again.

Someone's feed stopped updating

A dropped connection can leave one person's feed behind. Refresh the page once. The feed loads everything it missed from the chronicle when it opens.

Old rolls are gone from my feed

Clear history in Dice settings empties the feed on that device only. Nothing is deleted. Load older at the top of the feed brings the rolls back and every roll stays in the Chronicle Log.

You can see the roll but hear nothing

That's the sound settings. Others' dice sounds in Dice settings turns off the sound of other people's rolls. The rolls still show.
